Free Date Changes

Gypsy Traces & Tours Pvt Ltd allows you to make 2 free date changes, as long as the change is made at least 5 days before the start of the tour.
Transfer as credit to Future Tours

Gypsy Traces & Tours Pvt Ltd allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform Gypsy Traces & Tours Pvt Ltd, 60 days before departure.
Low Deposit

Gypsy Traces & Tours Pvt Ltd requires a minimum deposit of 30% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 30 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your tour, tourhub doesn't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of Gypsy Traces & Tours Pvt Ltd charges.

Up to 60 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 100% of deposit
At 30 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 50% of tour cost
At 15 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 100% of tour cost

Revision of Inbound Policy- Easy of Pakistan Visit

1. Inbound policy was reviewed at NCOC and following health / testing protocols will be
applicable for inbound passengers with effect from 0001 PST, 24 February 2022: -
a. Pre-boarding negative PCR has been abolished for fully vaccinated inbound
travelers. However, non-vaccinated individuals over 12 years will require pre-boarding

d. Passengers between 12-18 years of age are allowed to travel without mandatory
vaccination till 31st March 2022.
e. RAT on arrival for deportees and non-vaccinated pedestrians at Border Terminals;
Positive cases will be home quarantine for 10 x days.
